My Thoughts Proceed Me is inspired by the mental health issues are vastly arising here in America.  It is a real problem in our daily lives and now an epidemic.  The thought of the mind is a powerful weapon and it can cause you to die by your own hands or to kill someone else
Minorities often experience racial trauma and discrimination, which can have a severe impact on their mental well-being.  We should avoid stigmatizing people with mental illness by seeing the person first and not labeling them by their mental illness.
