When shipping artwork: We take great care in packaging and shipping your artwork to ensure it arrives safely. All artwork is shipped via a trusted carrier and includes insurance. Please allow 3-4 business days for processing and handling before your artwork is shipped. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us.
When your artwork arrives damaged, it can be frustrating and disappointing. However, there are steps you can take to resolve the issue. First, document the damage with photos and notes. Then, contact the seller, and shipping company to report the damage and request a refund or replacement. Be sure to provide all necessary information and follow any instructions which are given to you. There is a 5-day window upon receiving the artwork in which to report any damage if it is after that time then most likely the issue can not be resolved with a refund. But please have a valid reason that it was not reported in a timely matter which was given.
