The artist is not responsible for any damages or losses incurred during the transaction between the buyer and the third party of the prints you purchase from the artist's website. The artist is also not responsible for any misrepresentations made by the third party. The buyer is responsible for inspecting the artwork or print online before purchase. The buyer must make sure that it is the size and image they want according to printing specifications before purchasing the print they are also responsible for any shipping or handling fees purchasing the artwork or print, and the buyer agrees to these terms and conditions.

Artwork Terms and Conditions:
1. All artwork remains the property of the artist until full payment has been received.
2. The artist retains the copyright, and the use of images of the artwork for promotional purposes.
3. The buyer is responsible for any shipping or handling fees associated with the artwork.
4. Any damages incurred during shipping must be reported within 5 days of receipt.
5. Refunds or exchanges are not available for one-of-a-kind custom or commissioned artwork but can be discussed.
6. By purchasing the artwork, the buyer agrees to these terms and conditions.
